Shipping Rates and Info for USA Customers:  
Shipping Policies

We offer shipping through Fed-Ex and USPS.

Shipping charges in the USA based on 3 factors:

bulletAll shipping options are insured except economy shipping.
If you would like your order to be insured up to $300 then please choose the insured shipping option or any Fed-Ex shipping option.  Your package will then be insured for the full order amount (minus the shipping charge) up to $300.  By not purchasing insurance you agree to accept responsibility for any package shipped as we are not responsible for lost or misdirected mail.  By declining insurance, your are accepting responsibility for the package and will not not do a charge back if you package is lost or misdirected.   The postal service will leave packages unattended from time to time and we can not be held responsible for this.
bulletWe will work to resolve damage issues, but we are not responsible for loss or misdirected mail through USPS.  The postal service will leave packages unattended from time to time and we can not be held responsible for this.  For more information on what to do if you package arrives and one or more item is damages please read below.
bulletSome items will incur additional shipping charges.  Generally the additional shipping charges will be noted on the item's page.
bulletAffiliate programs programs and links that take you to sites other than  www.naturaltreasure.net for purchases are not eligible for our special shipping rates.  Affiliate orders will be processed separately from Natural Treasure orders, are set by the affiliates, and no refunds on shipping charges will/can be issued.
bulletEffective 5/6/06, $1 shipping is no longer in effect for online orders.  If you see it stated anywhere on this website it is null and void effectively 5/6/06.  Please email us if you see this noted anywhere on the website and it will be removed.

bulletOvernight Shipping is available through USPS Express Mail or Fed-Ex by calling and requesting this service.  You can place your order online and choose the "I will call you with cc info" payment option.  Then please call 865-856-0814.  We are happy to offer next day shipping if you call before 2:30 EST and the item(s) are in stock.  We have to personally drive these packages to the Post Office to ensure next day delivery; therefore, an additional shipping charge will be added to your shipping cost to cover the cost of overnight service.  It is generally easier to use USPS as the courier for overnight delivery because the Post Office is much close to us.  We do offer Fed-Ex shipping as an option when it is convenient for us to make arrangements for the delivery of the package to a Fed-Ex drop-off location.  Thus, in most cases USPS Express will be the only overnight delivery option we are able to offer.

Insurance, Shipping Services and Damages:

bulletYou have the option of choosing United States Postal Service shipping with or without insurance.  If you live in an area where mail has a history of being stolen or lost, please choose the insured option as you can not and will not hold Natural Treasure nor it's owner responsible for lost of misdirected mail.
bulletDamages through USPS
bulletPlease call and report damages to us within 48 hours of receipt of the package.  If an item(s) is damaged we will need to collect some information about the package, the condition it arrived in, the time it arrived, ect.  If some cases, we may require that the damaged merchandise be returned to us.
bulletNatural Treasure is happy to report that we have never had one damaged Foot Detox Pad order.  The patches are soft and packaged neatly; therefore, damage is highly unlikely.  
bulletFed-Ex Insurance
bulletWe ship through Fed-Ex and insurance is automatically included for up to $300 if you choose this shipping service.  However, the majority of our packages are sent through USPS and insurance is at your digression.

bulletMake a Visible inspection with courier present
If your package arrives through Fed-Ex and is visibly damaged, have the courier inspect the package immediately before he/she leaves the premises.  This is necessary to file a claim, and it is your responsibility to alert the courier when you receive the package.  Sometimes Fed-Ex will require that they retrieve the damaged package in order to process a claim.  They must be able to make a visible examination to process a damage claim.   If this procedure is not followed, then it is possible for the claims process to be delayed or even denied.
bulletNo visible damage, but internal damage to content
Please call within 48 hours of receipt of the package.  Do not discard any of the contents or packing material.  Call 865-856-0814 immediately to report any internal damage to contents.  

Return Policy:

bulletReturns are quite costly to a small business; therefore, we do not accept returns.  We will exchange new unopened merchandise with prior authorization.  Please call or email to receive a return authorization number (RAN).  If you do not request a return authorization number, then your merchandise will not be accepted for exchange and will be returned to you, in the condition that we received it in.
bulletUsed and opened products are not acceptable for returns or exchanges.
bulletShipping is nonrefundable and not included in the total value of the contents of your exchange.
bulletThe only time a refund will be issued to a credit card is when an item has been discontinued by the manufacturer and/or the them has been broken and no suitable replacement is available.  In the event that a refund is issued, a 15% restocking fee may apply.  No refund will be issued to the credit card, unless the manufacture has discontinued an item.  An exchange only will be offered to the customer.
bulletExchanges for foot patches-  Occasionally someone will order multiple types of patches and discover that they prefer one type over another and want to exchange the other type(s).  Natural Treasure is happy to exchange the unused patches that are still plastic wrapped for the type you desire to have.  However, Natural Treasure will not replace the patches that you used, nor any that you have opened but used.  Also, a few patches will be deducted from the exchange to cover the cost of shipping the exchange.

Returned and Misdelivered Packages:

We have received a few packages back for a variety of reasons, but a majority of the undelivered packages being returned are due to customer error when providing the mailing/shipping address. 

bulletIf the package is returned due to an error on our part we will promptly resend the package to you, at no additional charge.
bulletIf the package is returned due to an error on your part, then you will have to pay the exact shipping charges incurred to have the package reshipped.  In this case it will not be a flat rate as automatically generated through our shopping cart, but the actual shipping charges that the courier charges us.  We do not make any money by charging you the actual shipping.  Please be reasonable, if we make a mistake we pay for it and if you make a mistake on the address it is only fair to request that you pay to have it reshipped.
bulletWe have not had a package returned due to courier error, but in the event that it does happen we will immediately work with the courier and try to remedy the situation.
bulletIn the event that the courier misdelivers the package (meaning it is delivered to the wrong location), then we will immediately work with the courier to resolve the problem.
bulletIn the event that the package is returned to us unclaimed, no refund will be issued.  We will be happy to resend the package to you, and you must pay the exact shipping charges to have the package reshipped to you.

Visa and MasterCard have chosen to create a false point system by charging merchants fees to cover the point systems which ultimately results in merchants having to raise prices and the consumer paying for their "points".  We are no longer able to offer free shipping or reduced shipping because of Visa and Master Card surcharges disguised as points for the customer.    Read more about it here.
