What is "pH"?
The term pH means Potentials of Hydrogen and is measured by a graduated scale from 1 to 14 where a 7.0 is considered neutral. The lower the pH number (those under 7.0), the greater the acidity, and the higher the pH number (those over 7.0), the greater the alkalinity.

How can you find your body pH?
A quick and easy way to test your pH is by using VÄXA's Urinary pH Test Strips. The urinary pH indicates the environmental conditions in which cells live and function. VÄXA pH test strips determine your urinary pH, which is the preferred method when testing your pH. Saliva that represents all the internal fluids of your body but often does not provide accurate results of pH value due to salivary enzymes and microorganisms present in the mouth and oral mucous. Initially, it is important to test your pH five to six times within a 24 hour period to determine your pH range.
