How to Place an order with Natural Treasure
For those that do not feel secure paying online please read below for our mail order options.
1. Online- through our shopping cart in which orders are sent to a secure server.
When you select this option you will be asked
to enter a billing and a shipping address.
-A billing address is
the address that your credit card statement comes to each month, and is the
address that your bank has on file. This address is used to verify that
you are indeed the cardholder and that the credit information entered into our
secure payment processing system is not stolen.
-A shipping address
is the address that you want your order shipped to. For most orders the
billing and shipping address will be the same. However, some prefer to
have their order shipped to a different address than the address that the credit
card company has one file as their billing address. This is fine, but the
2 separate addresses must be correctly entered into the billing and shipping
address sections or your credit card payment may decline. This is the
number one reason why credit card orders will decline through our online
system. Please make sure NOT to enter your shipping address into the
billing address section as this may result in your order being declined.
If you are sure that you have entered the correct billing address information
into the billing address section but your credit card payment still declines,
then please give us a call. Please note that we can not ship to
International countries when a credit card is used as a form of payment in
which the shipping address is international but the billing address in within
the USA.
