Someone may answer the phone on Saturdays, but if not please leave a message.  Sunday is our day of rest, please call on Monday or email Natural Treasure on Sunday.

Please note that as a a small internet and mail order based business priority is given to email communication first.  If you receive our voice mail during the week, please use it as we will call you back.  As a small business ran by one person I can not always answer the phone.  Please don't be frustrated with me, as it keeps prices low.  If I were to hire someone to answer the phones when I am not available by phone, we would have to increase prices to pay the employee's salary.  Phone orders are more than appreciated, but someone may not always be able to answer the phone.  Phone calls are returned; therefore, please leave a message.

      -Your credit card and address information is shared authorize.net to process your credit card.  This information is ONLY provided to authorize.net to securely process your credit card and it is not shared for any other reason or with anyone that is not responsible in the process of charging your credit card.  All merchants must do this to successfully process your credit card.
      -Your address information may be provided to one of our supplies for drop shipment of an item that we do not stock, but have sent to you directly from our supplier.  We do NOT provide suppliers with any credit card or billing information, just your shipping information so they may ship the product(s) directly to you.
